Gluten free options are available. I have just started working with gluten free flour and making gluten free items. Please allow extra time to make special request items. Please be aware that gluten free flour costs more than regular flour so the cost of GF items is higher.
While I take every precaution, and do not prepare and cook non-gluten free items at the same time, gluten free products may have contact with gluten containing ingredients in my kitchen.
